The Rachel Alena Band

“Americana, Blues & Classic Rock Acoustic Yumminess. Feel good acoustic tunes you know and love & groovable originals. Great vocals. Lots of rhythm.”

Rachel grew up in Los Angeles listening to the music of her mom and dad’s band. In addition, Dad was part of Phil Spector’s “Wrecking Crew” playing guitar in his ‘Wall of Sound’. As a little girl, she’d hear him on the radio and think “I’m going to do that some day too”.

After graduating from the Dick Grove School of Music in Los Angeles, she worked as a session singer helping songwriters pitch material to well known artists, toured as a musician across the country and won awards for songwriting.

Today, in addition to making music, she works as voice actor. Her voice has been heard in thousands of roles. She’s also worked as a talent agent and on-camera actress.

Rachel is an absolute fan of everything ‘art’ and ‘self expression’. She believes when people can express themselves the world a better place!
